For this assignment, imagine yourself in the role of the executive vice-president of product and innovation strategy at the business where you are currently employed or have interest in working. Your organization has decided to invest in one technological innovation, that if implemented could have a positive impact (e.g., provide more efficient customer service, increase product margins, penetrate new markets) on the business.
Your job is to identify a business issue/problem and evaluate and select a technology innovation that will address the issue or problem. You must be able to identify and discuss the measurable organizational value of the technology innovation.
As a final assignment deliverable, you will present a 750-1,000 word proposal outlining your strategic management plan for implementing the technology innovation. The technological innovation you select for this assignment will be used as the foundation for the applied course project and remaining course assignments. A minimum of five references is required.

Identify a business problem that, if addressed with a new, innovative technology or innovative use of an existing technology, could have a positive impact (e.g., provide more efficient customer service, increase product margins, penetrate new markets) on the business.
Research potential information technology solutions to the problem. To find new, innovative technology solutions, search crowdfunding websites and other technology forums as part of the research process.
Based upon your research, select a technological innovation or innovative use for existing technology. Explain how it could be implemented to address the issue/problem you have identified. Include specific discussion of how it could be applied within your business and address the specific stakeholders that would be impacted.
Analyze and summarize the impact adoption of the technology would have on your business in terms of measurable organizational value (MOV).
Consider the five-component framework and discuss how adoption of the selected technological innovation will impact each of the five components of the business.
Identify and discuss specific ethical implications that could result from the implementation of the selected technology. Explain how you would address the ethical implications from a Christian worldview perspective.
