There are more positives to being in a group than handling everything by yourself. Being in a group allows people explore different views and experiences which allows different ideas and solutions to problems something that cannot happen when one is operating as an individual. In a group, you are able to tackle more bigger problems and able to perform multiple tasks, thus making group work very efficient. However, having many people in a single group such as 15 to 20 members can at times have negatives than positives.
